You have not been admitted to intensive care because of your asthma in the past
You have not received a flu vaccine for this current season
You do not have a disease or are not receiving any treatment that severely affects your immune system (e.g. treatment for leukaemia)
You have not live in a household with any person who is severely immunocompromised (e.g. currently receiving chemo)
You do have an egg allergy that has required admission to intensive care
You have not had any previous anaphylactic reaction to a flu vaccination, gelatine or gentamycin
You are not currently receiving salicylate therapy (i.e. aspirin)
You have no objections to receiving a vaccine containing porcine gelatine (from pigs)
